What do I pay?

$300 one-time setup + $25/month for hosting, updates, security, backups, and basic support.

Who owns the domain name?

By default, Lockbox owns and manages the domain used for your site (lower cost, no DNS/SSL hassles).
• Already have a domain? Talk to your Representative about using or transferring it.
• Don’t have one yet? We offer discounted domain rates for clients.

Can I cancel?

Yes, 60 days’ written notice (email is fine). Your site stays live during the notice period. When service ends, your license to the website ends.

Can I purchase my website outright?

Yes, Websites can be purchased. Ask your Representative for a buyout quote. (Some third-party or proprietary components may need separate licensing or substitutions at transfer.)

Do I own my content and leads?

• You own the content you provide and your leads.
• We own the website build and house assets. Stock/licensed media is subject to its own license.

What exactly is included monthly?

Hosting, SSL, updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security hardening, GA4 event tracking, and basic email support, so you don’t need a separate webmaster.

Can I update my website?

Yes. 1 content update per month is included (copy/photo swap, small section, or posting your blog). Need more? Add an updates package.

Can I show my MLS listings?

Yes, two ways:
1. IDX/MLS integration (recommended): on-site search, saved searches, alerts, soft-gate capture. (MLS/vendor fees apply.)
2. Link to your MLS/Brokerage listing page to avoid IDX fees while still giving prospects easy access.

How fast is launch?

Typically, within days of content handoff and access. We’ll confirm your timeline after onboarding.

Accessibility & Compliance?
